Lead Business Analyst

Remote in Mexico, Colombia

We are looking for a highly qualified Lead Business Analyst to join our team and connect business objectives with technical solutions.

In this role, you will define and prioritize requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and a development team of about 10 members working across 4 products. This position requires operating primarily within the MST timezone to support team members based in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business needs and gather detailed requirements
  • Define Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team
  • Prioritize features and tasks to align with organizational goals and timelines
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps to provide transparency into project progress
  • Document and analyze requirements to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams to enhance communication
  • Offer recommendations to improve products and streamline processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related positions
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, requirement documentation, and defining Epics and user stories
  • Skills in prioritizing tasks, developing roadmaps, and creating acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of pipeline and integrity management concepts
  • Flexibility to work primarily within the MST timezone to accommodate the team
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Scrum Master principles or leading Agile ceremonies
