We are looking for a talented Lead Business Analyst to join our remote team, working on a project that aims to revolutionize the way we approach business analysis.

As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all business analysis activities are executed according to the highest standards of quality, with a focus on delivering value to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of quality
  • Plan and coordinate business analysis activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Define and implement quality control processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality
  • Manage stakeholders, ensuring that their requirements are understood, and their expectations are met
  • Define business needs, translating them into actionable requirements that deliver value to clients
  • Implement and maintain a Business Analysis Scaled Information Management framework, ensuring that all data is managed effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all business analysis activities are integrated into the software development lifecycle
  • Implement risk management processes, ensuring that risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated in a timely and effective manner
  • Estimate efforts required for business analysis activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on quality control and management
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead or management role, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing stakeholders
  • Experience with Business Analysis Scaled Information Management, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
  • Expertise in BA SDLC awareness, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in risk management, with a keen ability to identify and mitigate risks in a timely and effective manner
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong skills in business need definition, with a focus on delivering value to clients
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), providing valuable insights into the Agile methodology at scale
  • Experience with data analytics tools, enabling the analysis of data to inform business decisions
