Lead Business Analyst

Hybrid in Argentina

We are searching for a proactive and results-driven Lead Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving business value through innovative technology solutions such as Generative AI.

This role involves understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure clear communication and collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges, needs, and goals
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities where IT and emerging technologies like Generative AI can create value for the organization
  • Translate business opportunities and challenges into actionable and clear IT requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that leverage technologies such as Generative AI
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with teams to gather input, share updates, and address concerns
  • Monitor the success of IT initiatives in delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, focusing on progress, impact, and strategic alignment
  • Stay informed about industry trends, particularly advancements in Generative AI, to recommend future technology-driven innovations
  • Support change management processes to enable effective adoption of new systems and workflows across the organization
Requirements
  • Proven experience in requirements analysis, change management, and stakeholder management with a minimum of 5 years in business analysis or related roles
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and operations integrated with expertise in leveraging technology to optimize these processes
  • Familiarity with Generative AI fundamentals, with a demonstrated ability to identify use cases that drive business value
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an ability to think strategically and align IT with business objectives
  • Experience in IT systems and processes with a focus on translating technical capabilities into business solutions
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter for insurance claims or policy administration
  • Background in insurance claims and policy administration systems or similar industry solutions
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and practices to enhance operational efficiency through IT solutions
