Lead Business Analyst
We are looking to onboard a Lead Business Analyst to our team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver L2 user support and collaborate with L1 to devise solutions
- Interface with development and Salesforce teams to troubleshoot bugs
- Keep documentation current for upcoming releases
- Evaluate user feedback and Product KPIs to derive insights
- Organize triage sessions and record their outcomes
- Assist in ensuring readiness for launches and managing transitions
- Communicate updates on new features to end users
- Work with UX and GPO Scaled Operations to implement enhancements
- Champion documentation and management of project requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Demonstrated leadership in user support capacities
- Participation in product launch initiatives background
- Proficiency in SAP guided buying and Ariba
- Understanding of Salesforce platform
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
- Capability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Strong ability to organize and manage projects
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
