Responsibilities
- Define dependencies and clarify requirements for the project roadmap
- Document specifications and user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Lead meetings to gather insights and provide updates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support their work
- Test features and identify bugs to ensure quality outcomes
- Prioritize and manage engineering backlogs
- Oversee technical initiatives to align with long-term objectives
- Refine user stories to adhere to project standards
- Develop capacity plans and delivery schedules for upcoming projects
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather input and adjust requirements
- Bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in API and Integration Platforms
- Background in Business Requirements Definition and Documentation
- Experience with Scrum methodologies
- Skills in writing user stories
- Understanding of web development principles
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
- Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong English proficiency for clear communication
