Lead Automation Tester in Python

We are looking for a Lead Automation Tester with 5+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Python and automation testing with AWS, including UI and API testing using frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend services
- Design and implement test automation frameworks and test plans
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and resolve defects
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior automation testers
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Automated Testing
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language
- Experience with UI test automation using Selenium, Selene, or WebDriver manager
- Experience with API test automation using urllib3 or Rester
- Experience with test frameworks such as pytest, unittest, robot framework, behave, or gauge
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, specifically AWS
- Strong English language skills, B2+ level
Nice to have
- Experience with code analysis tools such as pysonar2, coverage, and pylint
- Familiarity with BDD frameworks such as behave and pytest-bdd
- Knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases
- Proficiency in Unix systems
- Familiarity with GIT and networking
