Our team seeks a seasoned and committed Lead Automation Tester with expertise in Java.

We aim to find a candidate who will lead the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of automated testing frameworks to ensure exceptional quality standards throughout our software development lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Design functional, integration, and acceptance tests
  • Define automated testing strategies for regression, functional, and smoke tests
  • Ensure seamless integration of testing phases within the DevOps pipeline
  • Detect and resolve system inconsistencies quickly
  • Conduct automation testing for backend services
  • Monitor and document defects rigorously
  • Administer test data and environments effectively
  • Handle version control of testing scripts
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; preference for a Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in test automation
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Gradle, Groovy, Java, Selenium, and Serenity BDD
  • Background in developing and maintaining automation scripts
  • Capability to build testing frameworks from scratch
  • Familiarity with white box testing and mocking techniques
  • Expertise in agile methodologies with strong analytical skills
  • Skills in functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Competency in designing unit tests for edge cases, usability, and system reliability
  • Understanding of manual testing methodologies
  • Qualifications in integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong documentation abilities and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)

  • Understanding of CI/CD methodologies
  • Familiarity with GitHub
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes
