We are currently looking for a remote Test Automation Engineer with 6+ months of Functional Testing experience to join our team.
The customer is a global cloud-based information security company that provides Internet security, web security, next-generation firewalls, sandboxing, SSL inspection, antivirus, vulnerability management, and granular control of user activity in cloud computing, mobile, and Internet of things environments.
The main pool of tasks is associated with functional and system integration of a new SaaS application.
Responsibilities
- Functional and system integration of a new SaaS application that collects and visualizes performance metrics, data is collected using agents deployed on user devices (PC, mobile)
- Writing the functional and system test plan
- Partner with a small team of developers as QA engineer in the team, and contribute to engineering efforts by build test scripts and tools used during development cycle
- Design, develop and extend the Test plan, test cases, etc.
Requirements
- 6+ months in software QA test role
- Experience in end-to-end testing of cloud SaaS Enterprise application preferably in the system and network monitoring space
- Versatile and fast learner with ability to take early code and help with early integration testing
- Must be passionate about quality and willing to collaborate with other teams for system testing
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
