We are looking for a Junior Talent Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to fostering growth and learning within EPAM. This role is vital in enhancing internal communication and delivering seamless learning experiences that drive the success of our offices.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive operational support for training sessions and programs using internal training platforms and tools
- Identifying and resolving challenges encountered during the learning process
- Tracking and compiling training statistics for reporting and improvement
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in administrative or assistant roles
- Proficient in English, with at least an Upper Intermediate level of fluency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional business contexts
- Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities
- High accountability and active participation in training-related activities
- Excellent multitasking skills and capacity to handle large datasets efficiently
- Resilience and effective stress management skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining self-disciplin
- Team-oriented attitude with a results-driven approach to collaboration
