Currently, we are seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with superior English language proficiency. No previous IT experience is necessary for this role.
As an entry-level position, it provides training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles. The role also offers the opportunity to be part of an international team.
Responsibilities
- Profile analysis of IT specialists from different markets
- Contribution to the enhancement of the EPAM brand and the attraction of top-tier talent
- Usage of internal company platforms, systems, and documentation
- Collaboration with diverse departments
Requirements
- Proficiency in English at level B2 or above
- Minimum of six months experience in administrative roles, sales, IT research, or any other related industry
- Skills in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity for analytical thinking and decision making based on historical data
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business landscape proactively
- Capability to prioritize tasks, manage diverse assignments, and meet established deadlines
