Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with outstanding proficiency in the English language and no prior background in IT.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough analysis of profiles belonging to IT specialists across various markets
  • Contributing to the establishment and promotion of the EPAM brand while attracting highly skilled professionals to the company
  • Utilizing internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Engaging and cooperating with diverse departments
Requirements
  • Exceptional command of the English language (B2+ level)
  • A minimum of 0.5 years' experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other relevant field
  • Proficiency in the usage of MS Office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude
  • Ability to think analytically and make informed decisions based on past cases
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of handling changes within the business
  • Efficient task prioritization, adeptness in managing multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines
  • Quick learner with a penchant for acquiring new skills
