We're currently seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with strong English language proficiency. No previous IT experience is necessary.
This introductory role provides training in analyzing and validating technical profiles, along with the chance to partake in an international team.
Responsibilities
- Profile analysis of IT specialists across various markets
- Aid in enhancing the EPAM brand and drawing top talent to the company
- Usage of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
- Cooperation with various departments
Requirements
- Proficient English language skills (B2+)
- Minimum of half a year's experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or another field
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Exceptional communication and social skills
- Analytical thought process and decision-making based on past occurrences
- Proactive and flexible in adjusting to business changes
- Skilled in task prioritization, balancing multiple assignments, and meeting deadlines
- Quick to learn new concepts
