We are actively seeking a remote Associate Operational Specialist with strong English language skills. Prior IT experience is not a requirement for this role. As an entry-level position, this role provides valuable training in analyzing and validating technical profiles.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough analysis of IT specialists' profiles from numerous markets
- Contribute to the growth and promotion of the EPAM brand, aiding the attraction of top talent to the company
- Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation effectively
Requirements
- Excellent command over English (B2+ level)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or a similar field
- Sound proficiency in MS Office
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
- Ability to think analytically and make informed decisions based on past instances
- Proactively adaptable to business changes
- Efficient task management skills, adept at handling multiple assignments and successfully meet deadlines
- Quick learner eager to absorb new skills
