Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently in search of a remote Associate Operational Specialist. The ideal candidate should have strong English language skills and does not necessarily need prior experience in the IT industry. This entry-level position provides hands-on training in technical profile analysis and validation. You will also have the chance to be part of an international team.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive analysis of IT expert profiles from diverse markets
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the EPAM brand, playing a role in attracting top talent to the company
- Utilize internal company tools, systems, and documentation effectively
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (B2+ level)
- At least 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or a related field
- Proficiency in using MS Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think analytically and make informed decisions based on historical cases
- Efficient task prioritization skills, competent in managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines
- Adaptability to changes within the business environment
- Swift learner and keen to acquire new skills
