An opportunity has opened for a remote Associate Operational Assistant to join our team, requiring exceptional English skills and no previous IT experience.
This entry-level position opens doors to technical profiles analysis and validation training as well as the chance to be part of an international team.
Responsibilities
- Profile analysis of IT specialists across diverse markets
- Contribution to building the EPAM brand and pulling in high-level talent
- Utilization of internal company resources, systems, and documents
- Collaboration with various departments inside the company
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level)
- At minimum, 0.5 years' experience in fields such as administrative work, sales, IT research, etc.
- Mastery of MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal capability
- Analytical mindset and decision-making ability founded on previous cases
- Demonstrable proactivity and adaptability to shifting business demands
- Competence in task prioritization, handling of multiple assignments, and meeting of deadlines
- Speed in learning new concepts
