We are in search of a remote Associate Operational Specialist.
Applicants should possess excellent English skills and require no prior IT experience. This entry-level position promises comprehensive training in technical profile analysis and validation, alongside opportunities to work in an international team setting.
Responsibilities
- Performing analysis on IT specialist profiles across diverse markets
- Aiding efforts in EPAM brand establishment and drawing top talents to the company
- Engaging with company-specific tools, systems, and documentation
- Collaboration with different departments
Requirements
- English proficiency required (Minimum at B2 level)
- At least half a year's worth of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any comparable field
- Mastery in the use of MS Office
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities
- An analytical thinker with decision-making prowess based on past cases
- Proactivity, adaptability to business changes
- Task prioritization skills with capacity to manage multiple assignments and meet crucial deadlines
