We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Manual Tester to join EPAM's newly established Performance Playtesting Team for a AAA game platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to ensure a top-tier gaming experience and maintain a fair competitive environment for players of every skill level.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive playtesting for multiple game titles, including following test-case-based instructions and conducting exploratory testing
  • Set up and maintain gaming consoles and mobile devices to facilitate playtesting sessions
  • Acquire proficiency in using the necessary tools to accomplish daily assignments
  • Identify and report defects to the appropriate channels
  • Fill out playtesting questionnaires to provide feedback
Requirements
  • Gaming experience as an active player across various titles, genres, and platforms
  • Fluent English communication skills, meeting at least B2+ standards
  • Advanced knowledge of PC systems and Windows environments
  • Capability to participate in scheduled weekend overtime shifts, once per quarter
  • A responsible approach and attention to detail
  • Discretion when handling sensitive or protected client information
Nice to have
  • Background in game testing, including A/B playtesting or functional testing
  • Understanding of functional testing processes, tools, and foundational theories
  • Familiarity with logging and tracking defects using Jira
