Are you passionate about problem-solving, communication, and technology? EPAM invites you to join our Business Analysis Unit as a Junior BA, participating in a program designed for aspiring Business Analysts eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This is a paid part-time position.
What You’ll Learn:
- Core concepts of Business Analysis, including roles, skills, and key terminology
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Scrum essentials: backlog management, story mapping, estimation, and ceremonies
- Stakeholder identification and engagement techniques
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, and prioritization
- Requirements modeling using various types of diagrams
- Basics of UI and prototyping
- BA artifacts documentation using user stories
- IT basics: high-level understanding of software systems and integrations
The program combines workshops, practical exercises, homework assignments, and a hands-on project simulation as the final part of the educational process. As a Junior BA, you’ll interact with Product Owners, conduct interviews, define business needs, outline project scope, and present solution proposals in a team setting.
Promotion Opportunity:
Upon successful completion of the program and passing a customer-project interview, you will be promoted to a full-time Junior Business Analyst position.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and outline project scope through interviews and team discussions
- Participate in workshops, practical exercises, and a hands-on project simulation to develop and present solution proposals in a team setting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in business analysis and IT
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Availability for part-time engagement (outside of regular working hours)
- Domain experience in Finance, Insurance, Life Science, Healthcare, Enterprise Applications, or a technical background will be a plus
