Junior Administrative Specialist (no experience needed)

We are seeking a remote Associate Administrative Specialist who has a strong command of the English language and no prior experience in the IT industry.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and pre-screen profiles of IT experts from diverse markets
  • Assist in creating and enhancing the EPAM brand by attracting top talent to the organization
  • Handle operational tasks using various internal company tools, systems, and documentation
  • Collaborate and work in a team with different departments
Requirements
  • Excellent English skills (B2+)
  • At least 0.5 years of experience in any field such as administrative work, sales, IT research, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to make informed decisions based on past cases
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to business changes
  • Capability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Quick learner and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
