We're actively seeking an innovative JavaScript Development Tech Lead to join our remote team, playing a crucial role in steering the creation of state-of-the-art software solutions.

As the Tech Lead, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and execution of software solutions, encompassing web applications and ServiceNow-based products. Your pivotal role involves guiding a team of skilled developers, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality software solutions. The focus is on crafting efficient and scalable software while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization and development of software solutions, spanning web applications and ServiceNow-based products
Collaborate seamlessly with business analysts, UX designers, and DevOps team members to coordinate the efficient implementation and timely delivery of software products
Drive innovation and cultivate a continuous improvement ethos within development practices and technologies
Mentor and guide less experienced developers, instilling a culture of ongoing learning and growth within the team
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and related technologies, optimizing software performance
Establish and maintain Unit Tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of the software
Ensure compliance of all software solutions with customer infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
Monitor and enhance the performance of software solutions using various monitoring and analysis tools
Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and deliver optimal solutions
Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility for the product or specific aspects of it, showcasing robust project management skills
Exhibit adept problem-solving capabilities, addressing intricate technical challenges with effective solutions

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a JavaScript Developer, demonstrating a strong foundation in ReactJS and Angular
Minimum of 1 year of experience leading software development teams, displaying proficient leadership skills
Expertise in TypeScript, AngularJS
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, HTML, and CSS, coupled with a profound understanding of their significance in web development
Robust experience in Unit Testing, with a command of various testing frameworks and tools
Exceptional problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills, facilitating effective technical decision-making
Ability to assume ownership and responsibility for product development, revealing engineering acumen and strong project management skills
Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+ level), enabling effective communication with the team and stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience with ServiceNow, enhancing the development and customization of ServiceNow-based products
Familiarity with Fusion, facilitating the seamless integration of diverse software solutions
Insight into software engineering best practices and principles, such as SOLID, DRY, and KISS, ensuring the quality and maintainability of software solutions
