As the Tech Lead, your role encompasses steering and nurturing a team of skilled developers, championing the seamless execution of top-tier software solutions. Responsibilities

Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of software solutions, encompassing web applications and ServiceNow-centric products
Collaborate closely with business analysts, UX designers, and DevOps collaborators for the streamlined implementation and delivery of software products
Propel innovation and perpetual enhancement of development practices and technologies
Provide guidance and mentorship to less seasoned developers, instilling a culture of perpetual learning and advancement within the team
Craft immaculate, efficient, and sustainable code utilizing JavaScript and its related technologies, optimizing software performance
Develop and uphold Unit Tests, ensuring the reliability and functionality of the software
Ensure compliance of all software solutions with customer infrastructure and security standards, adhering rigorously to best practices
Monitor and fine-tune the performance of software solutions using diverse monitoring and analysis tools
Engage with team members and stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and deliver optimal solutions
Demonstrate initiative and accountability for the product or a segment of it, showcasing robust project management skills
Showcase adept problem-solving skills, resolving intricate technical challenges with effective solutions

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a JavaScript Developer, showcasing proficiency in ReactJS and Angular
At least 1 year of experience in steering software development teams, underscoring effective leadership skills
Expertise in TypeScript, AngularJS
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, HTML, and CSS, with a profound understanding of their significance in web development
Substantial experience in Unit Testing, coupled with adeptness in various testing frameworks and tools
Exceptional problem-solving and algorithmic thinking skills, facilitating sound technical decision-making
Capability to take charge and assume responsibility for product development, embodying engineering prowess and robust project management skills
Upper-intermediate English language skills (B2+ level), facilitating effective communication with the team and stakeholders

Nice to have

Familiarity with ServiceNow, enhancing the development and customization of ServiceNow-based products
Exposure to Fusion, facilitating the seamless integration of diverse software solutions
Insight into software engineering best practices and principles, such as SOLID, DRY, and KISS, ensuring the quality and maintainability of the software solutions
