We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Java Solution Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sophisticated solutions for clients in the Financial Sector. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for projects across Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales efforts in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador by crafting technical solutions, defining system architectures, and supporting proposal development for financial clients
- Manage client project delivery, building technical trust and guiding engineering teams to ensure the effective execution of complex, multi-application systems
- Present and implement AI/Run solutions, combining hands-on AI engineering with solution architecture to highlight value and encourage adoption among regional clients
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technology strategies with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting account growth
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering technical excellence, promoting knowledge sharing, and building client confidence in both pre-sales and delivery engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in technology roles
- Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator positions
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more professionals
- Participation in at least 5 full project cycles or experience launching a product or major product feature
- Demonstrated expertise in designing systems architecture for enterprise and multi-application environments
- Proven success in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, architecture planning, and presenting to executive and technical audiences
- Hands-on experience in AI engineering, with the ability to design, promote, and deliver AI/Run solutions
- Experience leading delivery teams and managing client-facing projects to build trust and ensure technical quality
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and modern enterprise architectures such as microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Strong knowledge of the Financial Sector in Latin America, especially in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, effective with both executive and technical audiences
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Latin American financial markets
- Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence platforms
