We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Java Solution Architect to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative technology solutions for clients in the Financial Sector. You will collaborate with diverse teams and play a key part in driving technical excellence and business value across Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador by shaping technology solutions, defining system architectures, and supporting proposal development for financial clients
- Guide client delivery projects, either part-time or full-time, to build technical trust and oversee engineering teams in the execution of complex, multi-application systems
- Present and implement AI/Run solutions, combining hands-on AI engineering with solution design to demonstrate value and encourage adoption among Latin American clients
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by aligning technical strategies with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting account growth
- Mentor and manage delivery teams, promoting technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and client confidence in both pre-sales and project delivery contexts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant technology roles
- At least 3 years in leadership, management, architect, or coordinator positions
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more professionals
- Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability
- Demonstrated expertise in systems architecture for multi-application and enterprise-level solutions
- Proven success in pre-sales solutioning, including proposal development, architecture design, and presentations to executive and technical audiences
- Practical experience in AI engineering, with the ability to design, sell, and deliver AI/Run offerings
- Experience leading delivery teams and managing client-facing projects to build trust and ensure technical quality
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, integration methods, and modern enterprise architectures such as microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Strong understanding of the Financial Sector in Latin America, with exposure to markets in Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with both executive and technical audiences
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken

- Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence platforms
