The chosen individual will be crucial in the development and improvement of laboratory information management systems as well as engineering support solutions. This role demands extensive knowledge in Java development and a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust, scalable Java applications
- Lead system architecture design for laboratory information systems
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide custom solutions
- Implement continuous integration and deployment strategies for effective software delivery
- Guide junior developers in best practices and complex Java techniques
- Enhance system performance through code reviews and refactoring
- Promote and adhere to Agile methodologies within development teams
- Create solutions that integrate effortlessly with Amazon Web Services, Gitlab, and PostgreSQL
- Diagnose and resolve intricate software problems
- Innovate and evolve system functionalities for future requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in Java development
- Qualifications in Agile methodologies
- Background in Amazon Web Services
- Competency in GitLab, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with REST API and Spring Boot
- B2+ English language proficiency
- Flexibility to work remotely
- Skill in effective teamwork and collaboration

- Showcase of projects utilizing CSS
- Knowledge of Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Competency in developing cross-platform applications
