We are looking to add an Associate Management Business Strategist with a strong focus on innovation strategy to our team. This role requires collaboration with design strategists, engineers, and data scientists to identify new opportunities and develop value propositions that are user-centered, financially viable, and technically feasible. You will be responsible for building financial models to assess the economic potential of ideas and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to establish and articulate a clear business vision across multiple time horizons
  • Gain thorough knowledge of clients’ business operations and financial structures
  • Conduct extensive market research and competitive analyses to detect trends and new opportunities
  • Examine and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to reveal key insights
  • Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams across all project stages, from client alignment to implementation planning
  • Design and deliver innovation roadmaps that guide clients from strategic concepts to execution
  • Develop financial models to quantify the value of innovative ideas, often involving novel and unprecedented concepts
  • Consolidate multiple streams of work into structured client presentations and confidently present to executive audiences
Requirements
  • Five or more years of professional experience in business strategy or related areas
  • Two or more years in leadership positions such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
  • At least one year managing teams of five or more people
  • Experience with at least two full project cycles or several projects covering different lifecycle phases
  • Skilled in creating detailed financial models to evaluate business strategies and opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working in collaborative teams including designers and engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to consult at senior organizational levels
  • Strong client-facing skills with confidence engaging executive-level clients
  • Willingness to travel to the US quarterly for client meetings or research
  • A portfolio demonstrating market or competitive analyses, framework development, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, with excellent written and spoken communication
Nice to have
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree reflecting expertise in business management and strategy
