We are seeking a dedicated Financial Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will support financial operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in financial processes to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes
- Monitor cash flow and ensure the timely execution of payments and transactions
- Assist in managing budgets and forecasting financial performance
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline financial operations
- Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve financial strategies and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or a similar role in the banking or finance sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word for preparing financial documentation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing communication and scheduling
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate financial calculations and analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with financial software or tools to optimize reporting and analysis
- Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance practices
