We are looking for a skilled Financial Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial operations and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our finance department. Responsibilities
- Create and review financial reports to provide insights that guide decision-making
- Track cash flow and ensure payments and transactions are executed on time
- Assist with budget management and forecasting financial outcomes
- Help implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve financial workflows
- Conduct analysis and offer recommendations to enhance financial strategies and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or a comparable role in banking or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word for drafting financial documents and reports
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and managing communications
- Strong mathematical skills to ensure precision in financial calculations and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience using financial tools or software to improve reporting and analysis processes
- Knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance standards
