Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
- Support reconciliation and other ongoing processes related to financial reports
- Improve and automate existing reports/processes
- Create Excel and Power BI-based financial reports
- Provide ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations for finance departments
- Interpret financial results and forecasts (profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking)
- Present financial results to the Leadership Team monthly
Requirements
- Higher education in economics
- At least 1 year of experience in finance or audit
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including flexibility to use complex formulas, pivot tables, data models, and charts
- Understanding of basic financial reporting and analysis terms
- Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written

- Experience working with SQL, Power BI, VBA
