We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing actionable insights, and supporting key business decisions. Responsibilities

Evaluate monthly financial reports to identify patterns, variances, and areas for improvement
Deliver financial insights and performance updates to the Leadership Team on a regular basis
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic business and financial goals
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
Develop financial models and structure deals to maximize value for the company and its clients
Optimize and automate existing reporting workflows and processes to improve efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of financial principles
At least 2 years of experience in roles related to finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create charts, use PivotTables, and analyze large datasets
Experience with financial analysis methodologies and tools
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
Skill in preparing impactful presentations using PowerPoint to convey financial insights
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or VBA to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities
Understanding of industry-specific financial strategies and metrics to drive organizational growth
