We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing actionable insights, and supporting key business decisions. Responsibilities
- Evaluate monthly financial reports to identify patterns, variances, and areas for improvement
- Deliver financial insights and performance updates to the Leadership Team on a regular basis
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic business and financial goals
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
- Develop financial models and structure deals to maximize value for the company and its clients
- Optimize and automate existing reporting workflows and processes to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of financial principles
- At least 2 years of experience in roles related to finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create charts, use PivotTables, and analyze large datasets
- Experience with financial analysis methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Skill in preparing impactful presentations using PowerPoint to convey financial insights
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or VBA to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Understanding of industry-specific financial strategies and metrics to drive organizational growth
