We are looking for a skilled and driven Financial Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will focus on interpreting financial data, delivering meaningful insights, and supporting critical business decisions. Responsibilities

Analyze monthly financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Present financial insights and progress updates to the Leadership Team on a recurring basis
Provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives and financial strategies
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure precise financial planning
Create financial models and design deal structures that deliver value for the organization and its clients
Enhance and automate reporting workflows and processes to improve overall efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles
At least 2 years of experience in finance, procurement, audit, reporting, or analytics roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including creating charts, utilizing PivotTables, and analyzing complex datasets
Experience with financial analysis techniques and tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in preparing presentations using PowerPoint to communicate financial findings
Fluent English skills at a B2 level or higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or VBA for advanced data analysis and reporting
Experience with industry-specific financial strategies and metrics to drive organizational growth
