We are inviting applications for an Envisioner to envision and articulate future experiences through creative design and storytelling. Collaborating with designers, strategists, engineers, and data scientists, you will help uncover insights and create innovative, practical solutions that engage clients and users. Use your leadership and visualization expertise to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams during all project phases, from initial client understanding and context gathering to insight identification, opportunity exploration, and design realization
- Listen attentively and openly to clients and consumers to understand their needs and motivations, focusing on crafting meaningful consumer-focused solutions
- Produce a broad range of ideas when tackling challenges, utilizing ideation techniques and leading creative collaboration with teammates
- Record and visualize conversations live during collaborative meetings to capture essential ideas and insights
- Distill complex experiences into essential parts and select the optimal medium such as sketches, storyboards, or videos to communicate the team’s vision
- Develop holistic solutions that enable consumers to experience new business strategies and opportunities
- Create design criteria and guidelines to ensure the envisioned experiences maintain integrity over time
- Translate abstract strategic concepts into concrete, actionable tools that guide design and development
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Art, Communications, or another related creative field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least one year managing a team of 5 or more
- Involvement in at least two full project cycles or multiple projects spanning development phases
- Outstanding visualization skills including drawing and using Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate ideas effectively
- Ability to confidently represent the team’s vision in client-facing roles
- Experience working in collaborative teams balancing independent work with direction
- Exposure to user or consumer research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, brainstorming, and concept visualization
- Capacity to quickly visualize ideas at various levels of fidelity
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the US for research or client meetings
- Portfolio demonstrating storyboarding, journey mapping, and concept visualization
- Excellent English proficiency at B2 level or above in both written and spoken forms
