We are seeking an Envisioner to join our team and help shape future experiences through creative visioning. In this role, you will work closely with designers, strategists, engineers, and data scientists to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions that inspire both clients and users. Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary teams across all stages of projects, from initial client engagement and context analysis to insight discovery, opportunity identification, and design realization
- Listen attentively to clients and consumers, approaching their needs with curiosity and openness to create meaningful, consumer-centered solutions
- Produce a diverse array of ideas when addressing challenges, using ideation methods and guiding creative collaboration among team members
- Capture and visualize key points and ideas live during collaborative sessions to document insights and discussions
- Convey the team’s vision by simplifying complex experiences into essential components and choosing the best mediums such as sketches, storyboards, or prototypes to express ideas
- Develop comprehensive solutions that enable consumers to interact with and experience new business concepts and strategies
- Define design standards and guidelines to maintain the envisioned experiences’ consistency over time
- Convert high-level strategies into practical tools to support design and development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Communications, or a related creative discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Experience managing teams of 5 or more for at least 1 year
- Involvement in at least 2 full project cycles or multiple projects covering various phases of development
- Excellent visualization skills including drawing and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong abilities in presenting and storytelling to clearly convey concepts
- Comfort with client-facing situations and representing the team’s vision confidently
- Proven experience collaborating effectively in group settings, balancing independent contribution with following direction
- Exposure to user or consumer research, ideation, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Ability to rapidly visualize ideas at varying levels of detail
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the US for research or client meetings
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in storyboarding, journey mapping, and concept visualization
- Proficient English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
