We are seeking an experienced Director of Delivery Management to lead and improve our service delivery operations across different segments of the organization.

The ideal candidate will manage the implementation of projects and programs, uphold project governance, and develop strong connections with stakeholders to further business objectives. This position demands a proactive mindset for overseeing end-to-end delivery frameworks, integrating innovative technologies, and promoting continuous enhancement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage programs, projects, and subdivisions of organizational management
  • Uphold project governance and ensure ongoing engagement with executive leadership
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and critical milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Advocate for best practice adoption in service delivery
  • Spearhead the integration of new industry trends
  • Build and maintain strategic relations with top-tier clients
  • Create customized service delivery frameworks to meet client needs
  • Allocate resources effectively to oversee and enhance service delivery systems
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement within service delivery processes
  • Develop and implement risk management tactics to minimize interruptions
  • Design and implement training programs to elevate team capabilities and awareness
  • Ensure strict compliance to client standards and regulatory norms
  • Lead the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies to enhance service quality
  • Guarantee precise and transparent communication throughout the organization
  • Regularly review and optimize service delivery metrics and performance indices to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • At least 12 years of IT experience with no fewer than 8 years in service delivery or project/program management
  • Proficiency in large team or significant project management
  • Competency in navigating complex and time-sensitive scenarios effectively
  • Strong track record of formulating visionary strategies and unified delivery approaches
  • Extensive experience in designing, promoting, and executing advanced delivery concepts
  • Skills in orchestrating result-driven service delivery frameworks
  • Deep understanding of service delivery methodologies, protocols, and strategies
  • Proven capability to devise and execute comprehensive service delivery frameworks
  • Efficacy in mentoring and guiding teams toward achieving notable outcomes
  • Experience in overseeing the full gamut of a delivery organization’s operations: from acquisition through development to quality upgrades
  • Familiarity with resolving service lifecycle issues, balancing conflicts, and managing competing demands
  • English fluency with C1 level proficiency or higher
