We are looking for a Design Strategist to join our team and help shape meaningful and innovative experiences.

In this position, you will collaborate with designers, business strategists, engineers, data scientists, and other experts to uncover insights, identify opportunities, craft value propositions, and design solutions that are consumer-focused, financially sustainable, and technologically achievable.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across all project stages, including client alignment, contextual understanding, insight development, opportunity identification, actionable design creation, and go-to-market strategies
- Use creative and analytical tools to explore and address real-world challenges
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer needs, behaviors, and challenges
- Analyze and synthesize research data to identify meaningful insights and opportunities
- Create visual frameworks to represent pain points and identify areas for innovation
- Generate concepts for new products, services, and experiences that resonate with consumers and align with business goals
- Validate ideas and solutions through both qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Develop compelling narratives and presentations to communicate insights and solutions to clients
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or postgraduate degree in a design or creative field (e.g., design, art), a field studying human behavior (e.g., anthropology, psychology, history), or an analytical field (e.g., engineering, business, economics)
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of at least 5 employees
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies for problem-solving and innovation
- Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and solutions
- Experience working in collaborative group settings, balancing independent contributions with taking direction when required
- Exposure to consumer or user research, ideation techniques, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and deliver impactful presentations
- Willingness to travel to the US approximately once per quarter for research or client engagements
- Portfolio showcasing examples of insights, opportunity areas, and framework development
- Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
