We are seeking an Design Strategist to drive the creation of impactful and innovative experiences. You will work alongside designers, strategists, engineers, and data scientists to discover insights, identify opportunities, and develop consumer-centered, feasible solutions. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of projects, including client alignment, context exploration, insight generation, opportunity discovery, actionable design development, and market launch
- Apply creative and analytical methods to solve practical problems
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain understanding of consumer behaviors and needs
- Interpret and integrate research findings to uncover valuable insights and opportunities
- Design visual frameworks to highlight pain points and innovation potential
- Develop concepts for products, services, and experiences that connect with consumers and support business objectives
- Test and confirm ideas and solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Craft engaging narratives and presentations to effectively convey insights and solutions to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or postgraduate degree in design, creative arts, human behavior studies, or analytical disciplines such as engineering, business, or economics
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles like Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Experience managing teams of at least 5 members for 1 year or more
- Involvement in at least 2 complete project cycles or various projects at different development stages
- Proficient in design thinking approaches for innovation and problem-solving
- Strong skills in presentation and communication to clearly express ideas and solutions
- Experience working in team settings balancing autonomy and guidance
- Familiarity with consumer or user research, ideation, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and deliver persuasive presentations
- Willingness to travel to the US quarterly for research or client engagements
- Portfolio exhibiting examples of insight generation, opportunity mapping, and framework creation
- English proficiency at B2 level or above, both written and spoken
