We are seeking an Design Strategist to help build innovative and impactful experiences. Working closely with designers, business strategists, engineers, and data scientists, you will identify insights, explore opportunities, and develop solutions that are consumer-focused, financially viable, and technologically sound. Your innovation strategy skills will be essential to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all project phases, including client alignment, context analysis, insight gathering, opportunity identification, actionable design development, and go-to-market execution
- Employ creative and analytical tools to solve practical challenges
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand consumer behaviors and pain points
- Analyze and synthesize research data to derive critical insights and discover opportunities
- Create visual frameworks to map pain points and innovation possibilities
- Generate concepts for new products, services, and experiences that align with consumer needs and business strategies
- Validate concepts and solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods
- Prepare compelling stories and presentations to communicate insights and solutions to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or postgraduate degree in design, creative fields, human behavior studies, or analytical disciplines such as engineering, business, or economics
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles like Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees for at least 1 year
- Participation in a minimum of 2 full project cycles or multiple projects covering different development stages
- Expertise in design thinking methodologies for innovation and problem-solving
- Effective presentation and communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions
- Experience working in collaborative environments balancing independent work and following direction
- Exposure to consumer or user research, ideation, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and deliver persuasive presentations
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the US for research or client work
- Portfolio showcasing insight development, opportunity mapping, and framework construction
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
