We are looking for an Design Strategist to contribute to shaping innovative and meaningful experiences. Collaborating with a team of designers, strategists, engineers, and data scientists, you will uncover insights, identify opportunities, and develop consumer-centric, financially sustainable, and technically feasible solutions. Your expertise in innovation strategy will be key to our success.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams at every stage of projects, including client alignment, contextual analysis, insight development, opportunity spotting, actionable design creation, and market introduction
  • Leverage creative and analytical techniques to tackle real-world challenges
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to analyze consumer behavior and needs
  • Integrate and interpret research findings to generate valuable insights and identify opportunities
  • Develop visual frameworks to illustrate pain points and areas for innovation
  • Formulate ideas for new products, services, and experiences that align with consumer needs and business goals
  • Validate concepts and solutions through qualitative and quantitative testing
  • Develop engaging presentations and narratives to effectively communicate insights and solutions to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or postgraduate degree in design, creative arts, human behavior studies, or analytical fields such as engineering, business, or economics
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • At least 2 years in leadership roles including Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more for at least 1 year
  • Involvement in at least 2 full project lifecycles or various projects at different phases
  • Skilled in design thinking methodologies for innovation and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly convey ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams balancing independent and directed work
  • Familiar with consumer or user research, ideation techniques, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
  • Proven track record of effective client communication and impactful presentations
  • Willingness to travel quarterly to the US for research or client engagements
  • Portfolio displaying examples of insight generation, opportunity identification, and framework building
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
