Currently, we are looking for a remote Delivery Manager with proven experience in delivery management to join our team.
The customer is a global automotive industry leader. It manufactures vehicles in 27 countries and markets the company’s products in over 170 countries and regions.
Responsibilities
- Creating, defining and improving the project’s processes, workflows and long-term plans in close cooperation with the main stakeholders/owners of the project
- Support team in dealing with risks, impediments and blockers
- Coaching the team in Agile mindset
- Tracking and reporting the progress achieved in performance of a project to the higher-level management and the client
- Supporting the team in continuous improvement by monitoring their performance, creating and tracking metrics, as well as guiding teams in the techniques that will improve their performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in Delivery Management
- Hands on experience in technology and software engineering practices with ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and assure a winning mix of delivery practices applied on the project
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- English B2+
