Delivery Manager

Please note that working 2-3 times per week in the office in Lisbon (Saldanha) is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Epics end-to-end from inception to production launch
  • Coordinate between Engineering and Product teams to align technical and business priorities
  • Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Analyze and deep-dive into modern web technologies to support decision-making
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as necessary
  • Support the planning and execution of project deliverables
  • Maintain documentation related to project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
  • Engage stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements
  • Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
  • Report project status and updates to senior management
  • Resolve conflicts and promote a productive team environment
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in delivery management
  • Hands-on experience with Java
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence engineering and product teams
  • Proven track record managing software projects through full SDLC
  • Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Hands-on development experience with understanding of modern web technologies
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+ level)
  • Ability to bridge technical depth with business priorities
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or similar project frameworks
