We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Delivery Manager to join our team.
This position provides the opportunity to manage challenging projects and foster cooperation across multiple departments. You will be instrumental in streamlining operations and supporting the continuous development of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for a team of 8–10 engineers
- Enhance collaboration between departments to maintain alignment on essential projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable plans and oversee their execution
- Oversee the organization and delivery of significant initiatives, such as implementing RBAC in Azure
- Develop thorough strategies to engage teams, address challenges, and deliver effective solutions
- Advocate for the team in organizational and political matters, taking initiative when necessary
- Plan and implement adjustments to team structure to enable scalability and future expansion
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies to boost overall productivity
- Participate in the tertiary on-call rotation to ensure team support
- Lead technical discussions and provide direction on system integration and workflow enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordinator roles
- At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more individuals
- Participation in at least 5 complete project cycles or experience launching products or major product features
- Coding experience in any procedural or declarative programming language
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, with Azure required and AWS experience through code considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with cloud solution delivery, including RBAC and Landing Zones automation
- Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code tools, preferably Terraform, and willingness to learn if needed
- Familiarity with Git branching strategies such as GitFlow, GitOps, Trunk development, and Release branches
- Experience with Windows systems for technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
