We are in search of a Delivery Manager to join our remote team and provide expert guidance on project deliverables.

This position is tailored for individuals with a demonstrated ability to manage complex IT projects, excel in dynamic environments, and ensure strategic outcomes. As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and achieving high-quality standards. Your coordination skills and effective communication will be instrumental in ensuring success.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information related to project management
  • Break projects into actionable tasks and establish timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to identify requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign roles to internal teams and oversee schedule management
  • Monitor progress and address emerging challenges
  • Act as the primary contact and provide updates about project statuses to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to address and resolve blockers
  • Create and manage project documentation, plans, and performance reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience with qualifications in Delivery Management
  • Background in a leadership role for at least 2 years, overseeing a team of 5 or more employees
  • Competency in managing multiple full-cycle projects or projects spanning different phases of software development
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application deployment and management
  • Strong communication skills for addressing project challenges
  • English level B2+ for effective communication
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
  • Background in managed services with attention to continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Understanding of implementing processes or systems from the ground up in a Greenfield project
