We are actively seeking a dynamic Delivery Manager to join our remote team. This role is crucial in supporting our client, a leader in the medical industry. As an Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in driving medical innovations through effective project management. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive skill set in overseeing projects, deep knowledge of IT and project delivery, and a strong commitment to advancing innovation in the healthcare sector. Your skills in strategic planning and process optimization will be vital in enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards
- Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements and desired outcomes
- Guide and motivate project teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and high achievement
- Identify potential project risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance project workflow
- Track and analyze project KPIs to evaluate performance and outcomes
- Regularly update key stakeholders on project status
- Manage the strategic distribution and use of resources throughout the project duration
- Collaborate closely with IT departments to ensure optimal use of technology in project execution
- Continuously identify and enact improvements in project management processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IT sector
- At least 2 years of proven leadership, managing teams of five or more individuals
- Participation in at least 2 complete development cycles or involvement in various phases of multiple projects
- Solid understanding and experience with SDLC and project management methodologies
- Fundamental skills in Project and Delivery Management practices
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, crucial for efficient project management
- Advanced understanding of Cloud technologies for effective data management and accessibility
- Deep knowledge of Program and Project Management techniques
- Strong familiarity with various technology domains to support strategic decisions
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+), both oral and written, for effective communication and presentations
Nice to have
- Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus
- Previous experience in the medical or healthcare sector is a plus
- Knowledge of MedTech regulations and standards is preferred
