We are recruiting a Delivery Manager to become part of our remote team and play a significant role in steering project outcomes.

This role suits individuals with a strong ability to manage complex IT initiatives and adapt swiftly to changing environments. As a Delivery Manager, you will focus on ensuring projects are completed within timelines, adhere to scope, and uphold high-quality benchmarks. Success in this role depends on your capacity to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break down projects into manageable actions with clear timeframes
  • Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to teams and assist in maintaining schedules
  • Monitor progress and address challenges as they arise
  • Act as the central point of contact and provide updates on project status
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve blockers
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Delivery Management
  • Background in leadership with at least 2 years managing a team of 5 or more in a managerial capacity
  • Showcase of managing at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application deployment and management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving competencies to tackle project challenges
  • Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Qualifications in project management such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
  • Background in managed services emphasizing continuous enhancement and operational efficiency
  • Experience initiating systems or frameworks from the ground up in a Greenfield project context
