We are recruiting a Delivery Manager to become part of our remote team and play a significant role in steering project outcomes.
This role suits individuals with a strong ability to manage complex IT initiatives and adapt swiftly to changing environments. As a Delivery Manager, you will focus on ensuring projects are completed within timelines, adhere to scope, and uphold high-quality benchmarks. Success in this role depends on your capacity to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Break down projects into manageable actions with clear timeframes
- Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives
- Assign tasks to teams and assist in maintaining schedules
- Monitor progress and address challenges as they arise
- Act as the central point of contact and provide updates on project status
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve blockers
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Delivery Management
- Background in leadership with at least 2 years managing a team of 5 or more in a managerial capacity
- Showcase of managing at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning phases of the software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application deployment and management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving competencies to tackle project challenges
- Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Qualifications in project management such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
- Background in managed services emphasizing continuous enhancement and operational efficiency
- Experience initiating systems or frameworks from the ground up in a Greenfield project context
