We are hunting for a Delivery Manager to join our progressive team and take a key role in guiding project outcomes. This position is suited for individuals with a talent for managing intricate IT projects and excelling in dynamic environments. As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee timely and high-quality project delivery within defined scopes. Success in this role will hinge on your ability to coordinate across teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Develop achievable project actions and establish timelines
  • Engage with clients to clarify requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams while supporting schedule organization
  • Oversee project progress and address issues during execution
  • Serve as the key contact for communicating project updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve blockers
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
  • Background in IT with 5+ years of experience emphasizing Delivery Management
  • 2+ years in a leadership role overseeing 5+ employees in a Manager/Owner capacity
  • Showcase of managing a minimum of 2 full project cycles or several projects across various software development lifecycle stages
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for application management and deployment
  • Competency in communication and problem-solving to overcome project obstacles
  • Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Qualifications in professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Scrum Master
  • Background in managed services emphasizing operational excellence and ongoing improvement
  • Understanding of crafting processes or systems in a Greenfield project scenario
