We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Delivery Manager to join our team.
This opportunity allows you to manage intricate projects and foster teamwork across multiple departments. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements and supporting the ongoing advancement of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation resource for a team of 8–10 engineers
- Build and enhance cross-team relationships to maintain alignment on major projects
- Partner with stakeholders to create actionable strategies and oversee their execution
- Direct the coordination and rollout of major initiatives, such as RBAC deployment in Azure
- Develop thorough approaches to engage teams, resolve challenges, and deliver solutions
- Advocate for the team in organizational and political matters, taking initiative as needed
- Plan and implement adjustments to team structure to promote scalability and future expansion
- Identify and address operational challenges to boost overall efficiency
- Participate in the tertiary on-call rotation to ensure team coverage
- Guide technical discussions and provide direction on system integration and workflow enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordinator roles
- A minimum of 2 years leading teams of 20 or more individuals
- Involvement in at least 5 complete project cycles or experience launching products or significant product features
- Coding background in any procedural or declarative programming language
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, with Azure required and AWS experience through code considered beneficial
- Hands-on experience with cloud solution delivery, including RBAC and Landing Zones automation
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, preferably Terraform, and readiness to learn if needed
- Knowledge of Git branching strategies such as GitFlow, GitOps, Trunk development, and Release branches
- Experience working with Windows systems for technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for relationship building and team influence
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
