We are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our motivated team and play a pivotal role in overseeing project deliverables.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel at managing complex IT projects and flourish in a dynamic, evolving environment. As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Your ability to streamline collaboration across teams and communicate effectively will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate management of project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Define clear milestones by breaking projects into actionable steps with defined timeframes
  • Engage with clients to clarify requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Distribute tasks across internal teams while overseeing schedule planning
  • Track project progress and manage issues that arise during implementation
  • Facilitate communication pathways and continuously update participants on project status
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to remove obstacles
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, structured plans, and progress reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of IT experience with qualifications in Delivery Management
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 5 or more at Manager/Owner level
  • Background in managing 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects spanning various phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enable deployment and management of applications
  • Capability to solve communication and problem-solving challenges throughout project execution
  • Excellent command of English (B2+ level), both written and spoken, with a strong emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
  • Understanding of relevant professional certifications, including PMP or Certified Scrum Master
  • Background in managed services with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Expertise in initiating processes or systems in Greenfield project environments
