Responsibilities
- Manage the design and deployment of enterprise data platforms and solutions that align with organizational strategies
- Develop and architect data frameworks including data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Engage with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and technical teams to translate needs into scalable data architectures
- Provide expert advice to clients on data strategy, governance, and operating models to create efficient data ecosystems
- Lead consulting and presales activities demonstrating expertise in data engineering, management, and analytics
- Evaluate current data environments, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements in data quality, governance, and availability
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI/ML, cloud, and data management
- Support creation and rollout of accelerators, blueprints, and open-source tools for Data Service Offerings
- Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices, promote quality-focused code development and CI/CD
- Communicate complex technical strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships as a data technology and strategy advisor
Requirements
- Extensive experience of 5+ years in Data Technology Consulting, Data Architecture, or related roles in enterprise data projects
- Thorough knowledge of data architecture, lifecycle, and enterprise data product design
- Hands-on experience implementing large-scale data solutions including data lakes and analytics platforms
- Proficiency with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong skills in data processing frameworks like Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
- Advanced programming skills in SQL and Python
- Background in Master Data Management, data governance, and data quality tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies including NLP and computer vision
- Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD processes, and quality-oriented development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for innovative data solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams to define and deliver data strategies
- Proven success managing and delivering complex data projects with measurable results
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and projects
- Consulting expertise in stakeholder management, client engagement, and clear communication of technical concepts
- Fluent English communication skills at C1 level, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay current with industry trends and apply insights to strategic planning
