We are seeking a skilled and solutions-driven Data DevOps Engineer to develop scalable infrastructure, streamline deployment pipelines, and support data processing systems essential for delivering business insights and value.
Responsibilities
- Design infrastructure solutions and ensure their seamless integration within development and production environments
- Automate application deployments and optimize scaling mechanisms for reliability
- Troubleshoot production systems to identify and rectify issues impacting operations
- Analyze operational data and collaborate with teams to develop meaningful insights
- Improve infrastructure performance and enhance workflow efficiency through iterative optimizations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Data DevOps
- Strong experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code solutions (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proficiency in cloud environments, particularly AWS, with experience in Azure or GCP considered a plus
- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, ETL workflows, and business intelligence systems
- Advanced scripting ability in Python or Bash, along with expertise in version control systems like GitHub or GitLab
- Problem-solving proficiency paired with analytical capabilities for evaluating complex scenarios
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with at least B2-level English fluency
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies to support development cycles and team coordination
Nice to have
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or database languages like SQL
- Expertise in Big Data frameworks including Databricks, Spark, or Snowflake, as well as scheduling tools like Airflow or dbt
