We are searching for a Data Delivery Manager to champion full lifecycle solution delivery across key accounts while maintaining technical superiority and excellent client engagement.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of solution delivery for specified accounts as the accountable lead
- Maintain governance over delivery and production processes according to the selected model
- Coordinate allocation of resources ensuring skillsets and seniority fit delivery roadmaps
- Lead technical planning for scalable architectures and uphold quality benchmarks
- Encourage cooperation among various disciplines and stakeholders
- Build and nurture long-lasting client partnerships
- Manage client issues and reduce risks in engagements
- Coordinate the development of proposals and statements of work for customers
- Ensure projects follow EPAM’s processes and agile methodologies
- Oversee client responsibilities within engagements
- Design delivery plans with estimations on timing, quality, and resource needs
- Implement ongoing delivery risk management for proactive decision-making
- Monitor and improve delivery productivity metrics
- Assist sales efforts and contribute expertise to bid submissions
- Mentor other delivery managers to enhance team capabilities
- Participate in EPAM-wide delivery management forums
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years managing projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI with up-to-date technology knowledge
- Strong insight into data engineering challenges including batch and streaming ingestion, processing, and integration
- Experience with Big Data technology stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, Kafka
- Programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java with background in data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning
- Competency in SQL, supporting Big Data solutions, and cloud data platforms
- Understanding of data architecture and software delivery cycles
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies
- Knowledge of classical analytics methods and theories
- Mastery of multiple delivery approaches, including agile
- Awareness of data security concerns
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and leading cloud migration initiatives
- Capability to present to both small and large groups
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong client management and proficient English communication (C1)
