We are hiring a Data Delivery Manager to spearhead comprehensive data solution delivery for our strategic accounts, ensuring technical excellence and superior client service.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end solution delivery for designated accounts as the key point of accountability
- Ensure governance over delivery management and production processes per the chosen delivery framework
- Organize resources to align skills and seniority with delivery plans
- Provide technical leadership by designing scalable architectures and maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate collaboration between multiple teams and stakeholders
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients
- Address client concerns and manage risks related to engagements
- Oversee the preparation of proposals and statements of work
- Ensure projects comply with EPAM methodologies focusing on agile delivery
- Guarantee execution of client responsibilities within projects
- Create delivery timelines including estimates for duration, quality, and resources
- Develop continuous risk management strategies for delivery
- Measure and enhance delivery productivity
- Support sales through bid participation and technical leadership
- Coach and develop other delivery managers
- Contribute actively to the EPAM delivery management community
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience delivering projects in Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, and BI with knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices
- Deep understanding of data engineering challenges and experience in data platform engineering including batch and streaming processes
- Familiarity with Big Data stacks such as Hadoop, Yarn, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Kafka
- Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java programming with data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning skills
- Experienced in SQL, building and supporting Big Data solutions, and cloud data technologies
- Knowledgeable about data architecture and software delivery life cycles
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Understanding of classical analytics methodologies and theories
- Proficient in various delivery methodologies, particularly agile
- Understanding of data security challenges
- Experience working with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and leading on-premises to cloud migration projects
- Excellent presentation skills for audiences of different sizes
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong client management and advanced English communication skills (C1)
